Our client is a prestigious multi-office estate agent. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Manager for their successful and very busy Dartford office. Key Roles and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own business, both in relation to profitability and business development.
- You will need to motivate, inspire and manage your team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions.
- Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our Landlords and Tenants to achieve the best possible outcome and price for all involved and with the best service and support possible.
- Keep ahead of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market, developing a reputation for being an expert in your field.
- Work closely with your team, downloading new properties that you have brought to the market and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential tenants.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- An ability to build great relationships with customers and have a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and profit.
- A proven record in running a successful lettings business.
- Someone who has a genuine passion for property and helping clients to achieve the best price for their property.
- You will need a full driving license.
The Package:
Basic Salary:£29,750-£31,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)
On Target Earnings:£50,000 to £55,000 (Uncapped) + £4,000 Car Allowance
Workdays / Hours:5 days per week plus Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
- 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
- 9am - 5pm (Saturday)
