We have an excellent opportunity for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist within a reputable firm in Lancashire, starting ASAP for 3-6 months.
The Opportunity
We are partnering with a successful firm to source a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Locum Legal Executive to start ASAP for 3-6 months until the firm recruit on a permanent basis.
The ideal locum will be looking to assist 3-5 days per week. The firm will allow the locum to work on a hybrid basis, with 2 days per week minimum in the office.
Responsibilities
The successful locum will manage a busy caseload consisting of private client matters. They will benefit from dedicated secretarial support. Duties to include:
- Wills
- LPAs
- Estate Administration
- Trusts
- Inheritance Tax

Requirements
- At least 8 years' experience as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Experience handling busy caseloads of private client matters
- STEP qualified would be advantageous
- Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
