Pure are pleased to be recruiting a commercially focused Finance Manager for a high growth client based in Witham, Essex.
Our client is going through a significant period of change and need a versatile Finance Manager that can handle to traditional reporting and needs of the finance function but also have a commercial nature that will allow them to analyse and manipulate large sets of data, work with complex excel spreadsheets and utilise BI tools.
You will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and be able to take the business through month end, build a balance sheet from scratch, manage large spreadsheets, extract data and present to both finance and non-finance people, etc.
The successful candidate will take on a hands-on role, working closely with the Head of Finance and senior leadership team to help deliver continuous strategic growth.
What we are looking for: -
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- 5+ Years experience as a Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner
- Strong Excel Skills and some exposure to BI reporting/SQL/Marcos
- Project Accounting (Preferred)
- High attention to detail
- Experience partnering with and challenging "non-finance people"
- Clear communicator
Please note that hybrid working is available, but most employees are in the office 3 to 4 days a week.
