Pertemps is seeking a dynamic Administrator (Financial Services) to join their client in Plymouth, one of the South West's leading firms of Independent Financial Planners.

Job details:
- Competitive salary - £22,000 - £26,000 p/a depending on experience
- Full time - 9-5 Monday to Thursday, 9-4 Friday
- Company Pension Scheme
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising by 1 day per year for each year of service up to a max of 25 days
As the Administrator (Financial Services), you will do the following:
- Assist with the reconciliation of Commission and Fee Statements
- Maintain and reconcile Excel cashbooks
- Sage bookkeeping
- Accurately update and maintain information on back-office systems, including policy valuation data
- Responsible for property/office-related issues
Skills, Qualifications and Experience of the Administrator (Financial Services)
- Experience of working in a similar role in Financial Services
- Highly effective time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
