Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of training courses and apprenticeship programmes from start to finish.
- Handle booking forms and joining instructions.
- Prepare and distribute course materials, feedback forms, and assessments.
- Manage the internal verification process, including portfolio submissions, re-submission, and qualification registration.
- Liaise and communicate with customers, suppliers, and staff by phone and email.
- Assist with general office duties such as sorting post, filing, and managing diaries.
