Social Worker | Court Team | Blackpool Council
We are looking for a Social Worker with current Social Work experience to join a busy front door Social Work team. This role is within the Court Team with expected caseloads are between 12-15 children once fully staffed.
You will have had to had some level of experience with court work and will be expected to hold a caseload of care proceedings and manage complex dynamics for children and their families within a 26 week timescale.
You will need to be able to develop plans, progress permanency, work well in a multi-agency setting and ensure that statements, assessments and recording is of a good quality.
To be considered, you must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in Social Work, Social Work Degree or equivalent) as well as at least 3 years post qualified experience working as a Qualified Social Worker within a similar team.
