Our client has over 30 years of experience in the medical industry providing equipment and services for the NHS, Private Hospitals and Medical Care units. They are now looking for a Senior Medical Engineer due to the growth of the business.
Successful candidates will mentor 2 engineers as well as perform service and repair duties on site and in the workshop (mainly workshop based). This will including commissioning other engineers work. Equipment includes, pateint warning systems, phototherapy, maternity equipment and operating theatre equipment.

Position Overview
- Provide insight and support to 2 engineers
- Provide technical support to engineers and clients when necessary
- Service and repair equipment including pateint warning systems, phototherapy, maternity equipment and operating theatre equipment.
- Handle jobs both on site and at the workshop, with the majority of the work being in the workshop (3-4 days a week in the workshop)
- Commissioning of works.

Position Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Full Driving Licence
- Ability to work on a range of Medical/Hospital equipment
- Happy to work in a workshop and on site.
**Senior Medical Engineer
Position Remuneration
- Salary: £35,000- 40,000 potentially (£45,000). Part time also considered.
- Working hours: 8:30- 5:15pm
- Holiday Package: 25 days + 8BH
- Pool Van provided when out on site
