  • Service Development: Contribute to the development of clinic services, including involvement in new treatment offerings, technology adoption, and patient engagement strategies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential patient records in compliance with clinical and legal requirements.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Support junior physiotherapists and other team members through supervision, training, and guidance, promoting continuous professional development within the clinic.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc).

  • Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

  • Skills:

  • Strong diagnostic and manual therapy skills, including advanced techniques for musculoskeletal dysfunction.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with patients.

  • Ability to work efficiently with a multidisciplinary team and adapt treatment plans collaboratively with other professionals.

  • Knowledge:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of MSK physiotherapy treatments, including the latest research and best practices in manual therapy and rehabilitation.

  • Understanding of working in a private practice environment, including patient management, service expectations, and business development.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Specialisation: Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in areas such as sports physiotherapy, acupuncture, or pilates.
  • Experience with Specific Populations: Experience working with high-performance athletes or in sports physiotherapy settings.
  • Private Practice Experience: Demonstrated experience in the business aspects of private healthcare, including managing patient flow, retention, and clinical service delivery.

Benefits:
