They are now seeking a Social Media and Marketing Assistant . This position is a hybrid role and will be part office based in Redditch, Worcestershire and part home based. It is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.
Job Purpose
To provide support to the team for social media and content creation. Working as a crucial part of the company, the successful candidate will support the creation and implementation of delivering the B2B and B2C marketing strategy.
- Content creation (graphic design, UGC, copy writing)
- Scheduling (social media, blogs, etc.)
- Influencer outreach & external communications
- Product/brand training
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling content across all social media platforms under the portfolio for both B2B and B2C including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Make regular posts across all platforms as per the brand KPIs
- Content creation: graphic design, photo editing, video editing, video creation, outsourcing user generated content
- Write content briefs for team content days
- Keeping up to date with the latest social media trends and algorithms
- Plan and organise content as per agreed campaigns and trends
- Influencer outreach for content generation, increased brand awareness and sales
- Analyse brand social media performance and report analytics to the Digital Marketing Manager
- Upload blog content and images to the websites (using WordPress)
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager with other activities such as email marketing, events and external communication with third parties.

- Previous graphic design and social media experience
- Excellent digital and social media skill set

In return, our Client is offering a basic salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, (salary is negotiable and dependent on experience), plus benefits.
