About Us:
Stafflex Education partners with secondary schools across Huddersfield, Kirklees, Calderdale, and Wakefield. We are actively seeking adaptable Cover Supervisors / Instructors for flexible day-to-day, short-term, and long-term assignments starting in September 2024.
Your Role:
As a Cover Supervisor / Instructor, you will:
- Maintain Continuity: Manage classrooms during short-term teacher absences to ensure students stay focused on their tasks.
- Implement Policies: Effectively enforce school policies and procedures.
- Support Students: Address student queries, manage behaviour, and create a positive learning environment.
- Provide Guidance: Support students across various subjects and offer general academic assistance.
- Full Classroom Control: Take full control of the class, covering a teacher's timetable for any subject.

- Educational Experience: Recent experience within an educational setting.
- Qualifications: Minimum of Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
