Individual Giving Fundraising Manager

£40,000 Per Annum

Hybrid (Alton, Hampshire)

The 1to1 Group are excited to be working with a wonderful and ever growing national charity that are supporting vulnerable adults across the country with chronic illness.

This organisation have worked for 50 years at the forefront of supporting vulnerable adults by providing practical, emotional and financial support for individuals whilst working to improve care services and campaign for change.

This fundraising team were established 8 years ago and have achieved significant growth and are seeking to achieve a sustainable, balanced and mature fundraising portfolio.

The Role:

You will be responsible for implementing the charity's individual giving, legacy and in Memory fundraising programmes.

You will manage a team of two with the support from Head of Fundraising and will work closely to develop a series of targeted multi channelled appeals.

You will be a confident data handler

You will use data to test and learn through the delivery of persuasive appeals and campaigns.

You will have excellent communication skills and help deepen engagement strategies with supporters and work with an ambitious positive and creative approach.

Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Fundraising to plan, lead and implement strategies to:

Increase individual gifts through enhancing the supporter donor journey

Develop new individual giving appeals and campaigns with a focus on direct marketing across various channels to engage with new and existing supporters to generate new income.

Manage and design a multi channelled approach to maximise appropriate audiences.

Work across the team to raise the profile of the Charity.

Maximise the lifetime value of donors.

Ensure effective use of supporter data for campaign purposes.

Maximise gift aid opportunities.
