Sales / Customer Service Supervisor Halesowen Salary: Up to £27k Depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Supervise the Customer Care team in the performance of their duties in terms of delivering customer care excellence as well as responding to customer enquiries, together with the resolution of any issues
- Supervising a small team of dedicated Customer Care Administrators to ensure they adhere to and comply with Company policies and procedures related to customer care
- Monitor and review customer contact (calls, messages etc) to ensure a quality performance and ensures that all communications are accurate and concise
- Present reports on customer enquiries and complaints and compiles relevant monthly summary reports
- Ensure SLA's are achieved by all
- Monitor social media and provide feedback as may be required
- Deal with any escalated customer matters in conjunction with the MD
- Engages with customers to obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Updates team members regarding new products, services, policies and procedures
- Ensures continuous improvement throughout and trains and motivates team members

Proven capabilities of increasing sales
Previous supervisory experience working in a similar environment
Proactive and quick thinking in response to customer issues
Excellent customer relationship management skills
Proactive and positive team member
Excellent IT, organisation and communication abilities
Great attention to detail and process driven
Possesses high levels of negotiation and problem-solving skills
Up to £27,000 Monday to Friday 8.30 am till 5.00 pm (Flexibility on hours can be considered - salary will then be pro rata)
