THE SOFWARE DEVELOPMENT TECHNICAL LEAD ROLE:
- As a software development technical lead, you will be responsible for finding innovative solutions to many challenges on both new and existing trading applications
- You will be applying active governance around overall solution design, code performance and quality standards
- You will be reviewing the teams output and performance and feeding this back to the team leader
- You will be taking ownership and responsibility for work estimation, creation of solution documents and ROMs to the business
- You will be providing functional and technical support and guidance to the development team
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TECHNICAL LEAD - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- In depth Commercial C#, VB and .NET experience.
- Self-motivated excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Commercial MS, SQL Server experience (2012 or later)
- Mentoring and supporting developers and maintaining Quality Assurance.
- Experience with Go or Kafka is desirable.
