IT Incident Manager - Bournemouth (2 days a week in-office) - Up to £45,000 per annum plus 8% bonus

As an IT Incident Manager, you will be at the heart of the company's IT operations, managing incidents and ensuring smooth communication across various departments. You'll work closely with multiple teams, requiring strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
- ITIL v3 Certification** - Essential
- Experience with Microsoft and AWS technologies - Highly desirable
- Proven experience in IT service management, particularly in busy, high-pressure settings
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
