IT Incident Manager - Bournemouth (2 days a week in-office) - Up to £45,000 per annum plus 8% bonus

On behalf of our client, a leading life and health insurer, we are seeking an experienced IT Incident Manager to join their dynamic IT team. This role has opened up due to an internal promotion, reflecting the company's commitment to nurturing talent and providing clear career progression opportunities.

As an IT Incident Manager, you will be at the heart of the company's IT operations, managing incidents and ensuring smooth communication across various departments. You'll work closely with multiple teams, requiring strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • ITIL v3 Certification** - Essential
  • Experience with Microsoft and AWS technologies - Highly desirable
  • Proven experience in IT service management, particularly in busy, high-pressure settings
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
