Finance Assistant
FIXED TERM CONTRACT (12 months maternity cover)
Full time office-based position
39 hours per week (Monday – Thursday 08.30am – 16.30pm / Friday 9am – 4pm)
COMPANY
Construction based specialist, looking for a Finance Assistant to join on a fixed term contract based in their Head Office in Poole, Dorset.
Duties:
- To reconcile Bank statements
- To process the supplier invoices & statements
- To process payment runs
- To process customer refunds
- To maintain the assets register
- To Maintain customer and supplier records
Essential:
- The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an accounts department
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- AAT qualified/part qualified
