Job Title: Senior Conveyancer
Ark Search are pleased to be working with a long standing law firm in Newcastle who are looking for a Senior Conveyancer to join their expanding team. The client have a well established, highly reputable department and are looking for additional support to strengthen it.
Duties will include:
- Managing own caseload of residential conveyancing files
- Dealing with sales, purchases, freeholds, leaseholds, re-mortgages, newbuilds and transfers of equity
There is a lot of support within the department to assist with cases. Cases are opened by an onboarding team, enquiries are dealt with by a support team and there is also a post completion team.
Applications will be considered from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and candidates qualified by experience. Experience dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing matters is essential.
Salary: £28k + bonus (DOE)
