We are currently recruiting for one of the top, if not the top employer in Nottingham and we are looking for an experienced
Marketing Analyst
to join their expanding
Marketing Analytics
team. Following the continuous acquisitions of multiple European Brands, our client is not only looking for somebody to
Analyse
their marketing/customer data, but engage with various stakeholders across the business and present and advise on reports.
With an advanced database that links customers online and offline behaviour, it will be your job to
analyse
the data to understand the true customer journey and communication plans and management.
What you will be doing:
- Concentrating on
customer data
touch points and ensuring the business is maximising the changing digital landscape opportunities.
- Working across multiple customer
databases
-
Analysing
the behaviours, trends and buying patterns of the customer.
- Building reporting dashboards within Tableau.
- Ensuring maximum relevance and efficiency across all channels through producing targeted selections.
- Assisting with consumer behaviour research.
- Assist with planning and testing.
- Produce regular and adhoc reports for the marketing team and wider business.
- Maintaining and monitoring customer feedback, including review sites, customer services, satisfaction and NPS scores.
- You will also have the opportunity to support the business to understand consumer and customer behaviour through quantitative and qualitative
research
This role will sit within a fantastic team of
marketeers
and as they aim to attract, develop and retain a diverse team - there will always be people around you that will support you in enhancing your skill and knowledge set.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of customer
marketing databases
and customer
analysis
software, such as Alteryx, Tableau, Alterian, Fast Stats, Access or Similar.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Attention to detail / completer finisher - Delivers high quality work and finishes to agree deadlines.
