Data Business Analyst – Hybrid – Birmingham – Outside IR35
VIQU have partnered with a leading IT service provider, who are seeking a Data Business Analyst to support during an ongoing period of transformation.
The Data Business Analyst role is technical – we are looking for a candidate with strong technical experience working on data migration projects, with cross-functional skills within business analysis.
Please note that this is a hybrid role, and requires the successful candidate to be onsite up to 2 days per week in Birmingham.
Key skills & responsibilities:
- Extensive background within Data Engineering with cross-functional Business Analysis skills
- Strong experience specifically within data migration, ideally within ERP, NetSuite projects
- Programming languages including SQL, Python
- Experience with Azure data toolsets, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Warehouse
- Database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Requirements gathering from the business, as well as specifically drilling down to data requirements, data mapping
- Ensuring data quality requirements are met throughout the project
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
