We are currently working in partnership with a healthcare clinic based in Cambridgeshire, who are recruiting for a Patient Services Advisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £26,500. Additional benefits include up to two days working from home, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension contribution and healthcare cash plan.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in a sales setting. Having empathy and compassion are key skills alongside a soft sales approach. A Driving License and access to a car is essential for this role.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Helping the clinic achieve its business volume targets by converting enquiries through agreed personal and team targets
- Ensuring that prospective patients are guided to the most suitable treatment and testing options based on their needs
- Taking responsibility for the conversion of enquiries into bookings through the proactive management of all enquiries to drive conversion opportunities from lead generation activity
- Managing responses within set KPIs for all channels of patient enquiry
- Accurately inputting data in regard to patient demographic and referral details
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Acting as an ambassador for the clinic and role model behaviours that reflect the company's core values
Expertise and skills required:
- Strong customer/communication skills
- Handling sensitive data with absolute discretion
- Ideally have a background in the Healthcare sector or customer service/call centre experience
- Experience in the use of databases
- Driving license and access to a car
- Soft sales approach
- Empathetic and compassionate
