An established Real Estate company based in North West London are recruiting for a part time PA to support their Director. This position is 20 hours a week Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday and would suit an individual seeking a part time role which offers flexibility. This is a fully office based role with parking available.
Candidates applying must have previous PA experience within the Real Estate/Property industry and possess strong IT skills.
Duties will involve:
- Email management, responding to emails and handling correspondence
- Arranging internal and external meetings
- Dealing with Lessee queries
- Land Registry Searches
- Liaising with Lessees/Tenants in regards to any queries
- Updating monthly property Schedules
