Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Billings Manager to work for a growing business based in Crawley, West Sussex. The Billings Account Manager with be working with customers to ensuring their billings are correct as well as working with the Financial Controller, reporting on performance, handling billing queries, invoices, analysing spend, investigating variances to budget etc.
Salary: up to £45K
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Billings Manager duties:
- Monitoring financial performance
- Analysing spend and investigating variances to budget
- Producing accurate client billing statements and monitoring receipt of invoices
- Handling billing queries
- Supporting with client tenders from a financial perspective
- Working closely with the wider teams to ensure costs are fully budgeted for
- Reviewing data accuracy of the project management system
Skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a similar Billings / Account management type role
- Ideally have some project accountant type experience
- Excellent IT skills including Excel
- Highly organised and attention to detail
