Digital PR & Social Media Marketing Executive – £24,000 - £28,000 (FTE) depending on experience – Solihull, West Midlands, B90 4PD (Work from Home / Remote)

Snapshot of the Role

With the support of our Global Marketing & Communications Manager, the role is first and foremost to lead on shouting about the amazing work we do at RightTrack Learning across a range of marketing channels. It is an extremely varied role, and can optionally be agreed as either four or a five days per week. Core responsibilities would include:

  • Managing PR activity: writing and issuing press releases, generating back-links, sourcing speaker opportunities and gaining coverage in relevant publications.
  • Take the lead on the company social media channels: creating a social media strategy, developing and scheduling posts from company and colleague profiles, executing social media campaigns, managing a social media budget, monitoring conversations and proactively interacting with customers and followers.
  • Generate and produce engaging marketing content to raise brand awareness, generate leads and support the Sales team. Content includes, but is not limited to, customer testimonial videos, engaging mixed media case studies, awards submissions, blogs / PR, interviews with colleagues, website resource downloads. As part of this you will have opportunities to organise creative, fun team activities during our monthly get-togethers and to follow and document innovative customer projects.
  • Proactively repurpose marketing content for various platforms such as social media, website, email marketing, sales documents etc, supporting on the uploading of content to the website and creating enquiry-generating email campaigns.
  • Work with colleagues to think up, implement and evaluate creative, on-brand, sector-leading marketing campaigns to leaving a lasting impression on customers and prospects.
  • Oversee the YouTube channel: uploading video content, adding descriptions, closed captions etc. and categorising content in our Video Library (on Notion).
  • Proactively challenge the status quo, evolving and improving processes, and making this exciting Digital PR & Social Media Marketing Executive role your own.

Candidate ‘Must Haves'

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience getting tangible results from a range of marketing channels including PR, social media and email.
  • Comfortable to self-motivate in a work from home role and travel to Solihull, B90 4PD up to two Mondays per month.
