Your Skills / Background: Finance Admin, Credit Control, Accounting Software, Financial Controls, Financial Reporting, Xero.

The Finance Assistant / Manager Opportunity:

This is a key role within the business working with our office manager in an important administrative function. You will be excited to join a rapidly growing business and have clear ambition to grow with the business helping shape it as a modern, innovative environmental consultancy. The scope of this role is flexible and will give you an opportunity to shape your place within the business which could develop to more senior roles.

You must live within commuting distance to Chalgrove, Oxfordshire or be willing to relocate. However, many of our staff mix working from home and the office on a flexible basis.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Managing company bank accounts
+ Reconciliation
+ Managing and processing invoices
+ Liaising with external accountants
+ Managing financial relationships with suppliers
+ Processing staff expense claims
+ Credit control
+ Assisting with forecasting

About you:

Essential:

+ A minimum of 2 years' experience as a financial administrator, or similar
+ Proficiency in accounting software, such as Xero
+ Good IT skills - including use of Microsoft Office (Xero, Word, Excel and Outlook)
+ In-depth knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards
+ Experienced in financial reporting
+ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
+ Able to multitask, juggling several tasks at once
+ Great collaboration and communication skills
