What you'll do:
As a Customer Service Advisor, your main duty will be handling daily service issues across the organisation. You will act as the key individual for receiving client service issues, ensuring prompt acknowledgement and thorough investigation. Your superb communication skills will be vital in liaising with both clients and internal teams to resolve these issues efficiently. Understanding our client databases and systems will be crucial for your role, enabling you to provide comprehensive responses to clients. Regularly updating the management team on progress, creating training tools, and supporting overall improvement will also form part of your responsibilities.
- Acknowledge and handle client service issues in line with the complaints procedure
- Conduct thorough investigations into all client service issues through discussions with the client and relevant internal staff
- Resolve client service issues promptly with a focus on client resolution and retention
- Understand all our client databases and systems to adequately investigate and respond to the client
- Provide regular updates to the management team on progress
- Create training and support tools to aid improvement
