With a competitive hourly rate starting from £19.91, this temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the visa compliance process and support international students.
As a Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for responding to queries from students and departments, collating and scanning visa documentation, and assisting with the distribution of Biometric Residence Permits. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of student visa documentation by uploading it to the student records system and conducting regular internal audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to queries to the Visa Compliance Team via email and telephone.
- Collating and scanning student visa documentation.
- Assisting with the distribution of Biometric Residence Permits.
- Uploading student visa documentation to the student records system.
- Managing the booking system for student visa collection appointments.
- Supporting in-person registration and verifying appropriate visas.
- Contacting students and departments for outstanding documents or information.
- Utilising databases for retrieving information accurately.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of accurate data entry and use of databases.
- Experience of working with students is preferred.
