Loan Processing Administrator - Financial Services

My client is a successful and entrepreneurial specialist SME lender.

Overview

The Loan Processing Administrator is responsible for supporting the Processing Team, by carrying out all administrator, data entry, quality checking duties to ensure that loan processing is carried out smoothly and efficiently for our clients. You will be part of a proactive team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service to its colleagues to ensure that they have everything they need to get deals signed up and that the input of data is of the highest quality.

Responsibilities

  • Producing, issuing and checking drawdown instructions for loans
  • Creation of lender allocation tables for each loan
  • Production of repayment schedules, showing monthly repayments due with a breakdown of capital and interest payments
  • Monitoring monthly repayments received. Liaise with monitoring department to investigate and resolve any outstanding payments.
  • Monitoring loans with agreed variances to agreed repayment schedules.
  • Calculating and issuing early redemption figures as required
  • Supporting the Loan Operations team to investigate and resolve any issues relating to lender accounts.
  • Distribution of monthly loan repayments into lender accounts
  • Producing various Management Information reports.

General

  • Identify, report, and investigate any potential error/breaches.
  • Work with IT department and third parties to test and feedback the efficiency of IT systems.
  • Collate new loans once they are credit approved.
  • Support in the production and distribution of various Management Information.
  • Dealing with documentation required during the term of the loan.
  • Collating loan documentation prior to drawdown
  • Manage the admin email enquiries and redirect them accordingly.
  • Undertake any other activities as required.

Location: Birmingham (3 days in the office/2 days from home)
