Service Care Solutions is seeking a dynamic and driven Building Contracts Manager to oversee social housing retrofit refurbishment projects in Hackney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of capital improvement programs.
- Lead a team of Site Managers, RLO, and tradesmen.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects meet expectations.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction.
- Oversee Health & Safety compliance and project handovers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong background in building maintenance and Health & Safety.
- Financial management skills, including budgeting and VFM opportunities.
- Experience managing service providers in a social housing context.
- Knowledge of leaseholder legislation and Section 20 processes.
- HND or equivalent experience in repairs and maintenance.
