Deputy Head of Estates - Compliance
Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Deputy Head of Estates in London to lead on compliance for a busy Estates & Engineering Department to ensure records and are effectively maintained.
Hourly rate: £47.50
Duration:6months
Hours: 08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday
Location:London
The successful candidate willbe responsible for:
- Maintain compliance records, ensuring mandatory and statutory regulations are consistently met
- Ensure asset information is updated and maintained, alongside management reports of equipment
- Hold responsibility for line management of Compliance Managers including appraisals and analysis of performance
- Carry out reviews on engineering audits and reports, developing new policies and procedures to support the improvement of service delivery
- Investigate and provide technical reports on any statutory and mandatory compliance failures
- Ensure that all Estates staff have in date necessary training & compliance awareness training provided by approved trainers
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experiencewithin a Senior Management position for Estates, including as Authorised Person
- Degree in Engineering or Building related subjects
- Membership of Professional Institution
