Job Title: Regional Director of Sales - Estate Agency Overview:

On behalf of our clients we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to fill the position of Regional Director of Sales in their reputable estate agency.

As the Regional Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within your designated region.

Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales and management.

Responsibilities:

1.Leadership and Team Management:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the sales team within the region.
  • Set clear sales objectives, performance targets, and KPIs for individual team members.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop sales staff to maximize their potential and achieve sales goals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.

2.Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define pricing strategies, product positioning, and sales tactics.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

3.Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for major clients and handle negotiations for large-scale deals.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support.
  • Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner to maintain client loyalty and trust.

4.Market Expansion and Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Develop partnerships and strategic alliances with industry organizations, associations, and other relevant entities.
  • Explore innovative sales channels and marketing strategies to reach untapped markets and attract new customers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to anticipate changes and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

5.Reporting and Performance Analysis: oPrepare regular reports, forecasts, and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics.

  • Analyze sales data and financial reports to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on sales analytics and market intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior sales management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel within the region.
