Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for Administrator (Apprentice) to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's site in Gracechurch Street, London

As part of the Admin Support Team, you will work with the Business Administrator based in London to provide support to our clients, our operational team and senior management team as required, whilst undertaking an apprenticeship in administration.

You will undertake an apprenticeship in Business Administration for 18 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce regular reports as required by the business
  • Provide assistance/support with projects as required
  • Data cleanse and maintain several internal trackers
  • Data cleanse and maintain the operational auditing system
  • Raise quotes
  • Assist with general operational admin tasks
  • Assist with the security vetting of employees
  • Assist in taking meeting minutes
  • Update/create management structures
  • Preparing documents through editing, printing and binding
  • Support Operational team as needed
  • General ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Any other duties as and when required that are commensurate to the role

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office 365 skills, particularly excel
  • Diligent, numerate with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own work whilst working on a variety of tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese would be beneficial
