Our client, a prominent firm in the manufacturing sector, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Team Leader to join their permanent workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the production team to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production cycle
- Coordinate workflow and optimise production schedules
- Provide leadership and training to enhance team performance and skills
- Implement and oversee health and safety protocols
- Ensure the timely completion of production targets
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall efficiency
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Relevant qualifications in manufacturing or related fields
Benefits:
- Basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- 25 days holiday from January to December
