Location: Liverpool Office
Working Hours: 35 hours per week over 5 days - Hybrid working with only 1 day working in the office!

Job Purpose

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about supporting legal teams? As a Pre-Litigation File Handling Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in assisting our pre-lit casualty claims handling teams with a variety of essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Support: Assist pre-lit teams with tasks such as monitoring the MOJ Portal, inboxes, and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Claims Management: Complete new claim actions, handle CRU tasks, and support claims handlers via telephone and email.
  • Administrative Duties: Raise low-value payments, assist with training, and onboard run-off work on various projects.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate data on our case management system and comply with client SLA's.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of service and productivity.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Experience: 12 months of relevant admin/claims support experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Communication: Good communication and telephone skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel.
  • Client Care: Excellent client care and customer service skills.
  • Task Management: Ability to manage a high volume of tasks efficiently.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
