The Support Worker role:
We are looking for dynamic Support Workers to work in one of our homes in Devizes (full time or part time) working flexible shift patterns with sleep in duties. Supporting two gentlemen living in their own home to achieve everyday living and supporting with emotional, financial and day to day tasks.
As a Support Worker you will be working within a support team with ongoing support and training provided to enable you to reach yours and the individual person's potential.
You will need to be flexible and able to work shifts including some weekends, bank holidays and evenings/sleep ins working within a 24/7 rota.
No experience is necessary as OLPA will offer their Support Worker:
- £22,368.00 per annum for full time
- £60 per sleep in pay
- A comprehensive induction package incorporating the Care Certificate, all mandatory training and Diploma as well as a wide variety of in house and external training
- Commitment and support with ongoing training
