Pertemps Telford has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Temp team and drive the success of the office and professional services desk, whilst also supporting two of our interesting large national contracts.

Key Responsibilities
Build & Strengthen Relationships
- Use your recruitment expertise to develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering bespoke staffing solutions.
- Build rapport with candidates, ensuring they are supported at every stage of the recruitment process, from interview prep to placement success.
Drive Business Growth
- Leverage your industry knowledge to develop new business opportunities, identify prospects, and secure new contracts, with a focus on growing the temp division.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, expanding our client base while ensuring quality service to existing accounts.
Managing Large Contracts
- Act as the main point of contact for our large ongoing client contracts, ensuring all staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proactively manage client relationships, anticipating their needs and delivering high-quality candidates to meet demand.
Candidate Sourcing & Management
- Use your recruitment expertise to source, interview, and screen candidates, ensuring they meet the client's requirements.
- Manage a pool of temporary candidates, ensuring they are fully prepared, briefed, and supported throughout their assignments.
- Ensure high levels of service by regularly checking in with candidates and clients during and after placements.
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally in a temp environment.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and business development targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and deliver on tight deadlines.
