This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate seeking a position in the geology, geotechnical, geo-environmental and/or ground investigation field to kickstart their career. The successful graduate geotechnical engineer will be provided with specialist training from a team of award winning engineers and consultants on a variety of exciting projects across the North, with the support of 7 other offices for stability and varied opportunities.

This Graduate Geotechnical Engineer selected will be assisting with site walkovers, carrying out ground investigations and desk studies, taking soil samples, bore-hole logging, preparing phase plans, writing and interpretive factual reports, working on in situ testing and observing day-to-day tasks to develop geo-environmental & geotechnical knowledge.
The successful Graduate Geotechnical Engineer must:
- Have a minimum of a BSc in geology, engineering geology, geography, geotechnical engineering, environmental science or a relevant subject (MSc preferable).
- Been keen to learn and develop geo-environmental and geotechnical skills.
- Be willing to work outdoors on hands on projects.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Commutable to Leeds and surrounding area.
- Have a full right to work in the UK.
