**Role Overview:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will work closely with various teams to plan, facilitate, and execute collaborative sessions aimed at building and refining multiple deliverables across the project lifecycle. You will ensure smooth communication, track progress, and manage risks, helping to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within scope.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate coordination between internal and external stakeholders to hold planning and review sessions.
- Support the creation, review, and refinement of multiple project deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met.
- Manage project documentation and maintain detailed records.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues as they arise.
- Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Assist with reporting on project progress to senior management.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and promote efficient workflow.
**Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a project coordination role is essential.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive collaboration.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to present information clearly.
- Problem-solving abilities to anticipate and address potential challenges.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
- Security Clearance (SC) would be highly beneficial
This is an outside IR35 contract, Work From Home with occasional site travel
