The Job
The successful candidate will oversee all operations relating to the food and beverage services our client offers ensuring tip-top hygiene and safety standards, effective financial management, and exceptional customer service. This is a varied role where you'll be leading a dedicated team and liaising with a mixture of different departments and suppliers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the MD to plan and develop menus in line with market trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor the quality of food and beverage products.
- Managing the food and beverage provisions for all events from planning to execution.
- Oversee both stock and budget management.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits.

Salary
£36k per annum. This opportunity offers a bonus payment after each opening period and event.
Location
Keynsham.
Hours
45 hours per week working between Monday and Sunday in line with business needs. A level of flexibility is required to accommodate events and peak periods.
