We are seeking a Learning and Development Co-ordinator to join a high-level professional service firm in near Solihull offering up to 35k a year! This role is on a hybrid basis, full time and permanent.
Reporting into the head of people and talent, you will be joining the people team where you will be promoting and coordinating learning across the group, enhancing learning experiences, career development, alongside personal and professional growth.
The day-to-day duties would include:
- Co-ordinating induction and onboarding for new joiners
- Supporting the delivery of personal development plans
- Managing and promoting new systems
- Introducing new methods to the company
- Supporting the rollout of career path and development review process
- Ensuring employees are confident in their roles and supporting them through their development and coaching
- Interpreting and producing data for reporting
- Any other administration duties required.
It is essential to have solid previous experience working in a learning and development role or similar and due to the nature of the role access to a car would be ideal to attend training events and other offices.
