Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager in the North West to lead the delivery of groundwork and civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
- Manage groundwork activities: excavation, drainage, concrete, utilities
- Ensure health & safety compliance and conduct site briefings
- Track progress, maintain records, and liaise with clients and engineers
- Travel and occasional relocation required for project delivery
Requirements:
- Minimun 5 years' experience as a Site Manager
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and construction methods
- SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS Black Card (Manager Level)
- Full UK driving licence
