If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our high-performing aftersales team as a Service Team Manager.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Service Team Manager, you will be the main point of contact for customers from the initial meeting to finalising the invoice and handing the vehicle back to the customer. You will consult with customers on the work to be undertaken on their vehicles, keep them informed of progress, and professionally resolve any issues that may arise, managing both customer and business expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding their vehicle repairs and any additional work required, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of our aftersales products and services.
- Ensure the prompt completion of all service and repair paperwork, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
- Work directly with a team of technicians, allocating jobs according to time and ability while ensuring the highest levels of service.
Benefits:
- Basic Salary: £31,500
- OTE - £45,000 to £53,000+ per annum

- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday 8:00am – 12:30pm (1 in 3, paid as additional hours)

What you need
:
- Full UK driving licence
- At least 1 year experience as a Service Advisor
