Apartment Receptionist

Position: Temporary Hospitality Assistant
Hourly Rate: £12 per hour
Hours: Flexible, 11am - 8pm (late check ins may be required)
Weekly Hours: 20 hours guaranteed
Duration: Up to 12 months

Job Duties:

  1. Meet and greet guests, manage check-in procedures.
  2. Assist the manager with checkouts.
  3. Inspect apartments before and after housekeeping.
  4. Clean apartments when required.
  5. Handle on-site guest complaints and requests.
  6. Inspect and clean communal areas.
  7. Ensure quality control of services in the apartments.
  8. Organise the pickup and drop-off of linen.
  9. Inspect and replenish linen cupboards.
  10. Ensure quality control of clean linen.
  11. Report maintenance work around the apartments and building.
  12. Restock amenities throughout the property as needed.
  13. Cover the manager's days off and holidays.
  14. Accept deliveries.

We Are Looking For Someone:

  • With good communication skills.
  • Ideally with a background in hospitality or customer service.
  • With attention to detail and the ability to deal with challenges as they arise.
  • Who can work independently and use their own initiative.
  • Who is flexible and available to work weekends.
