Position: Temporary Hospitality Assistant
Hourly Rate: £12 per hour
Hours: Flexible, 11am - 8pm (late check ins may be required)
Weekly Hours: 20 hours guaranteed
Duration: Up to 12 months
Job Duties:
- Meet and greet guests, manage check-in procedures.
- Assist the manager with checkouts.
- Inspect apartments before and after housekeeping.
- Clean apartments when required.
- Handle on-site guest complaints and requests.
- Inspect and clean communal areas.
- Ensure quality control of services in the apartments.
- Organise the pickup and drop-off of linen.
- Inspect and replenish linen cupboards.
- Ensure quality control of clean linen.
- Report maintenance work around the apartments and building.
- Restock amenities throughout the property as needed.
- Cover the manager's days off and holidays.
- Accept deliveries.
We Are Looking For Someone:
- With good communication skills.
- Ideally with a background in hospitality or customer service.
- With attention to detail and the ability to deal with challenges as they arise.
- Who can work independently and use their own initiative.
- Who is flexible and available to work weekends.
