This is a great opportunity to work for an award-winning, privately owned business based in Beaconsfield. They are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team to play a key role in achieving future sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage appointment and work in partnerships with internal and external teams to achieve sales in line with budgets.
- Ensure the sales team are representing the business and products well, using the systems in place effectively, following process and have a great knowledge of the products.
- Champion the use of the CRM system to manage sales and communicate at each stage of the process.
- Take pride in presenting the products and actively look at how this can be improved working in collaboration with other departments regularly.
- Provide regular insight to market trends, customer feedback and competitor analysis to ensure continual improvements in what the company do.

- Demonstrable experience in sales

- Ability too work under pressure and hit targets
