Are you a finance admin looking to progress in to the world of Credit Control. This rare opportunity for an entry level Credit Controller with full training has become available on a permanent basis. SJC Partners are working with a leading company in the industry to find a motivated individual who wants to learn to manage and optimise their credit control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the collection of overdue accounts and outstanding payments
- Maintaining and building strong client relationships
- Conducting account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Producing regular credit reports and statements
- Assessing and evaluating customer creditworthiness
- Ensuring compliance with company credit policies and procedures
- Supporting internal departments with credit-related queries and issues
Key Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of credit management principles and regulations
