We are looking for...
We are expanding our IT team and are seeking a First Line Support Technician to join us. As part of a small team of three, this will be an exciting opportunity to provide first line support across all teams, as well as be involved in projects being led by the IT Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Technician who has some first line experience and is keen to develop. There is the potential in the future to work towards developing into second line support functions for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar level support role and be competent in Microsoft 365, ideally with 365 admin portal experience and will have a good understanding of GDPR compliance. They will have the ability to problem solve, and escalate issues at the right stage, and will be able to communicate well verbally and in writing.
Experience using Power BI and PBX (VOIP) systems is desirable.

- Annual salary is £23,000.
- Working hours are 9.00am - 5.00 Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call support required outside of these hours, which will normally be planned in advance.
- 20 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, rising by one day per year up to 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
