About the Finance Assistant Role: We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join a great client of ours, one of the country's largest multi-academy trusts.

As the Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role within the finance team being involved in completing high quality financial transactions to agreed deadlines, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable processes
  • Expenses
  • Credit Card Management
  • Multiple Ledgers / Accounts
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Payroll Admin

Requirements: The ideal Finance Assistant for this role will have:

  • Strong experience as an all-round Finance Assistant/Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger
  • Experience dealing with intercompany accounts
  • Background in Education, Charity or similar industry

This role would be suitable for an Accounts Assistant, Junior Accountant, Accountant, Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant, Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk.
