Commercial Sales Handler

They provide advice and guidance on General Insurance matters, whether insurance buying customers or not and the best of breed insurance products at reasonable prices, through the channel of their choice – online, telephone or, face to face.

They are building a team of people chosen because they have the skills and desire necessary to deliver that service, putting customers at the heart of everything they do.

An opportunity has arisen due to substantial growth, and they are now looking to add a Commercial Sales Handler to their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming sales and member/customer enquiry calls
  • Produce and issue quotation, new business and renewal documentation
  • Assist customers to protect their material assets and liabilities
  • Follow up and convert leads as well as making outbound calls
  • Being able to work productively and efficiently as a member of a sales team as well as contributing to team discussion in regards to progression and positive change

Key Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 5 Grade A-C GCSE's
  • Competent to sell SME general insurance
  • CII FIT Qualification
  • A clear understanding of the UK insurance market and its dynamics
  • 2 years general commercial insurance

  • £700 OTE monthly based on team and individual targets.

  • Hybrid working upon completion of training (office days being Mon, Weds and Fri)
