Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move, stack, and retrieve goods as needed.
- Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring goods are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by properly stacking and storing goods in the correct locations.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Conduct daily checks on the forklift truck and report any defects or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including picking, packing, and general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Requirements:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
- Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to forklift operation.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
