As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for a large customer base and providing a professional and friendly experience, whilst solving their problems and queries.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established whole seller within the alcohol industry and they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Cheadle team on a 3 month fixed term contract.

Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Handling incoming calls & emails from customers
  • Processing customers orders
  • Processing customer payments
  • Liaising with suppliers and couriers to ensure customer orders are delivered within SLA
  • Arranging returns, credit notes for the customer
  • Complaint handling

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • 1 year experience within customer service, particularly in a telephony based role
  • Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
  • Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
  • Strong IT skills
