Package Details:

The successful candidate will receive a Salary of £31,000-£47,000 Per Annum.

Purpose of the role:

As a Paraplanner, you play a key role in supporting Financial Planners by preparing and maintaining client files, conducting technical calculations, and undertaking necessary research. Your efficiency and accuracy ensure that the team operates smoothly and that financial plans are executed effectively. By assisting colleagues with technical queries and contributing to the development of company standards, you enhance the team's overall capability and cohesion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Client File Management:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate client files, ensuring all necessary documentation is compliant and up-to-date.

Financial Plan Development:

  • Collaborate with Financial Planners to create tailored financial plans, including conducting technical research and calculations to support recommendations.

Ongoing Client Reviews:

  • Regularly review and update client plans to ensure they remain aligned with their goals and comply with regulatory standards.

Client Support and Communication:

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing professional support and ensuring a smooth financial planning experience.

Compliance and Due Diligence:

  • Conduct due diligence and ensure all financial plans meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Team Collaboration and Development:

  • Support Financial Planners and colleagues by addressing technical queries, sharing expertise, and contributing to the improvement of internal processes and standards.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support team members.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience.

Qualifications required:

  • Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS)
