We have an opportunity within our Estates and Services team based in Coventry. In this role, you will work as part of a mobile cleaning team, to deliver a good standard of cleanliness, security and safety to the communal parts of the organisation's housing stock.
About you:
To be successful in the role of Cleaner, you will bring with you the following skills and experience:
- Previous cleaning experience including mopping, sweeping, buffing, polishing, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning of glass, toilet and sanitary areas in line with a cleaning specification
- Litter and small-scale graffiti removal
- Completion of mobile app relating to daily work
- Teamwork
- Basic Health and Safety knowledge in a cleaning environment including the use of equipment
- Be able to work to and meet varying deadlines
- Be able to work in unpleasant conditions
The necessary training will be provided including the safe use of chemicals. You could have the opportunity to undertake the BICS qualification in Cleaning.
